1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to meet or exceed your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address the issue promptly.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service was not delivered as agreed upon in the service contract or booking confirmation.
  • Major errors or omissions occurred that significantly affect the quality of service.
  • Services were canceled by Advanced Janitorial without proper notice or rescheduling options.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients should:

  • Contact Advanced Janitorial within 24 hours of the service via email or phone.
  • Provide booking details, service description, and the reason for dissatisfaction.
  • Allow Advanced Janitorial to review the request and provide a resolution.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Service Corrections

Instead of a refund, we may offer a complimentary re-service or correction at no additional cost if the issue can be resolved promptly. Our team will work with you to schedule a suitable time for any adjustments or corrections.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Minor dissatisfaction or subjective preferences not communicated within 24 hours.
  • Damage or issues caused by client negligence, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed hazards.
  • Services completed according to agreed specifications but later found unsatisfactory without supporting evidence.

6. Cancellations

Clients may cancel services with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in the Terms of Service.
