Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Instead of a refund, we may offer a complimentary re-service or correction at no additional cost if the issue can be resolved promptly. Our team will work with you to schedule a suitable time for any adjustments or corrections.
Clients may cancel services with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in the Terms of Service.
