1. Standard Cancellation

Clients may cancel scheduled services by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the service appointment. Cancellation requests should be submitted via email or phone.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a service fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee covers the preparation, travel, and staffing arrangements already committed.

3. Emergency or Unforeseen Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of unforeseen events, please contact us as soon as possible. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we may waive or reduce cancellation fees at our discretion.

4. Cancellations by Advanced Janitorial

Advanced Janitorial reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to emergencies, staff unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as early as possible, and rescheduling options will be provided. No cancellation fees will apply in such cases.

5. Refunds for Prepaid Services

If services were prepaid and a valid cancellation is made according to the timelines above, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds for late cancellations may be partial, as described in Section 2.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule services without penalty, provided they give at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests can be made via email or phone. We will make every effort to accommodate the new date and time based on staff availability.
