  • Requests for product returns, replacements, or service adjustments must be submitted within 14 days of delivery or completion of services.
  • All products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Custom orders or bulk cleaning services may have specific terms and may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Additional costs incurred due to changes requested by the client (e.g., service rescheduling) may not be refundable.
  • Refunds or store credits will be processed within 5–7 business days after review and approval of the request.
